Tenants

Details and photographs of all our available properties can be found here. For any properties you are interested in viewing, please click the ‘Arrange a viewing’ button on the right hand side of the page.

We will ask for some basic details about you as prospective tenants, including your employment status, your potential move-in date and the number of tenants. These details help us to establish whether the property you are interested in will be suitable for you.

Once you have submitted your request, we will respond to you by telephone as soon as we can to offer you a date and time for a viewing and to answer any questions that you may have.

After you have viewed the property we will email you an application form and a list of required supporting documents for your application.

Your application will be reviewed. If your application is successful, we will request that the full deposit is paid to reserve the property for you while we process your application.
